Satiish Memorial Foundation is a Religious-cum-Charitable Trust and a 'Non-Profit & Non-Government' Organization (NPO/NGO) registered under Indian Registration Act 1908 vide Sub Registrar, Ichapuram, Srikakulam, Govt of Andhra Pradesh (India / Bharat) Registration / Identification No 4-103-3-2025 dated 04 Mar 2025. PAN - ABLTS7851D, Govt of India NITI Aayog Darpan UID - AP/2020/0651293 dated 25 May 2025.
This organization is established by Mr J Vasudev & Mrs J Padmavathi in the memory & tribute to their Son 'Late SATIISH (aged 25Yrs)' who had an aim/dream to serve the human being while he was live, but unfortunately he passed away in the young age of 25 years without seen his dreams come true. This was noticed by his parents Vasudev & Padmavathi from his facebook account 'Satish Kumar' Page - Loveyoulife' (as placed opposite) and decided to establish this organization to tribute their son as well as serve the Nation/World.
This Foundation/Trust is irrevocable.
This Organization is functioning under the provision of Section 2(15) of Income Tax Act 1961.
