Satiish Memorial Foundation is a Religious-cum-Charitable Trust and a Non-Profit and Non-Governmental Organization (NPO/NGO), duly registered under the Indian Registration Act, 1908.

Our Foundation operates with a noble vision of serving individuals and communities through spiritual enrichment, humanitarian aid, and social development initiatives, regardless of religion, caste, creed, or background.

3. Use of Website and Services

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following conditions:

· You shall not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious purpose.

4. Donations

We are deeply grateful for the generosity of our supporters. The following terms apply to all donations made to the Foundation:

· All donations are voluntary, irrevocable, and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law/terms & conditions.

· Donations can be made through online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other approved channels.

· Donors are responsible for ensuring that the donation amount and payment details are accurate.

· Donation receipts will be provided upon successful transaction and will include the donor’s name, PAN (if provided), date, and donation amount.

· The Foundation is authorized to receive domestic donations under the prevailing legal framework of India.

· Donors may be eligible for income tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to relevant government approvals and compliance.

Note: Currently, foreign donations are only accepted if the Foundation is registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), which will be notified on this website as and when become eligible for the same.

4.1. Donation Return Policy.  We value the trust and support of all our honorable donors. To ensure transparency and accountability, the Satiish Memorial Foundation has established the following donation return policy :-

4.1.1 Eligibility for Return: Donors may request a return of their donation within 7 (seven) days from the date of the donation or on or before 28th March of the current financial year, whichever is earlier.

4.1.2. Policy Limitation : Requests made after the specified period will not be eligible for a refund and the donation will be treated as final and non-refundable. We kindly request donors to retain their donation receipt and contact us promptly for any return-related concerns within the above said eligible timeframe.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of any personal information you share with us. The following principles guide our data practices:

· We collect limited personal information such as name, email, phone number, address, and PAN strictly for internal record-keeping, legal compliance, and donor engagement.

· Your information is never sold, traded, or rented to third parties.

· We may share data with authorized service providers (e.g., payment processors) solely for the purpose of facilitating donations and communications.

· You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

All content present on this website — including but not limited to logos, designs, texts, images, videos, and downloadable documents — is the exclusive property of Satiish Memorial Foundation or its respective licensors/donors, unless otherwise stated.

· The Foundation’s logos, both of which were donated by a company based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (currently choosing to remain anonymous), are also protected and not to be reused or reproduced without permission.
