OBJECTS

1. To address Youth Affairs, support Education, Employment & Income generating guidance, Sports, Health and Family Welfare among Youth thus function as a facilitator for youth building.

2. To support and establish industrial units i.e. tailoring and uniform making, industries and business solution, natural gasses, professional skill courses for youth, MSME & income generation skill development programs, youth development program, organize/ establish employment/job created fair/seminars, like Job Mela etc and conduct various youth’s development activities to motivate them for self-employment and stop there margin from village to city for income generation.

3. To create employment opportunities in industrial / non-industrial sector to youth (whether they are unskilled, skilled/semi skilled, highly skilled or physically disabled / challenged) through training, capacity building and skill up gradation, as well as employ them by hiring, outsourcing for various required organizations/ private & public sectors.

4. To run various employment oriented programs, activities, schemes, recruitment services, online services, grievance cells, etc. for maintaining economic development, social justice, industrial harmony and welfare of labour & employment in the country.

5. To help the poor/ needy people of the society to make them aware about employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, business franchises models etc.
